  • Actually, people can be on welfare for more than 5 years, it isn't a lie. My sister has been on it for 7 years, she has worked though as well on the "Michigan to Work" program she get's cash and also gets food stamps.

  • I lived in Rhode Island for 10 years and people assume the right of way when taking a left, in front of oncoming traffic, at traffic lights and otherwise and this wasn't just one incident this was constant and I came to expect it.

  • About time.... I was 16 in 87 too that kid would be 39, he got to live 23 more years.... Forcing his daughter to wear a necklace of the bullet casings leaves little doubt as to his guilt... Why did they wait so long?

  • Elizabeth, you most definitely could be a successful parent at your age. I was adopted as an infant by a 57 year old mother and a 59 year old father and they successfully raised me and three younger siblings, the last of which when my mother was 68 and a widow at that time.

  • No actually he attempted suicide to try to buy time, probably for even more appeals. This happened back in March as well with a monster named Lawrence Reynolds, it bought Reynolds a week extra as well. I find it highly unlikely that other death row inmates didn't hear about it.
